January 12, 20215 yr Hi, I just installed unraid so I'm pretty newbie. I installed unraid, started the parity check for the first time but it stopped at 2% or something. I could access the web gui but the parity sync got stuck (total size, elapsed time, current position, estimated speed, estimated finish). Then I rebooted and tried again and it stopped at 5 percent or so. I tried one more time and it got stuck at 12 percent. So I can't make any progress. Could anyone please check my diagnostics and tell me what's wrong? aytug-diagnostics-20210112-1914.zip

January 12, 20215 yr Author @JorgeB So do you think it's my ram speed or "Power Supply Idle Control" setting in Bios?
January 12, 20215 yr Community Expert Could be either or both, stop overclocking the RAM and make sure the power supply setting is correct.
January 12, 20215 yr Author But my ram speed is 3600, they are not overclocked. I guess then it's power supply setting. Thank you I'll check that setting right now.
January 12, 20215 yr You are mixing the rating of your RAM sticks and the supported speed of the CPU. 3600 MHz is over the maximum supported speed for any Ryzen CPU. It it 3200 at best and even lower depending the CPU generation and the number and type of RAM sticks. It is all detailed in the link provided by JorgeB.

I first changed the power supply setting. It stopped again at 20 percent. Then I changed my ram speed to auto, it's all fixed now.
