Added a 2nd Parity drive and during the Parity-Sync/Data-Rebuild in progress I get the following error message,  "Notice [UNRAID] - array health report [FAIL]
Array has 9 disks (including parity & cache)".

 

Is that normal until building parity 2 is complete? 

 

1st line is parity 1 and 2nd line is parity 2, rest are drives.

Yes.

Sure make Temps go up on Parity drives.   40C when normally much lower.
