I've got a 10GB SFP+ adapter (HP NC523SFP) connnected to my router (Netgear XR700) and it seems 10GB is working fine but haven't been able to test because I don't have 10GB capabilities on any other devices yet.

 

When transferring files from any type of drive including NVME a single client can do gigabit speeds easily. However, when another client starts transferring at the same time that gigabit speed is halved and so on.
