Parity disk failed twice - smart report attached

Hoping somebody can interpret this smart report and tell me if the disk needs replacing. I have checked cables and rebooted.  It failed a 2nd time during rebuild - however I had a lot of media transferring... rebooted and recabled again... and here's the report...

    SMART looks OK, though SMART for SAS devices has less info, swap cables/slot with a different disk, if it fails again it's likely the disk.
