Another Disk Error Question

Morning

 

Just had a disk throw up some errors, however when added and pre-cleared was all ok. Parity check completed last night also says no errors.

 

Don't really understand how to read/what to look for on the disk diag and what has caused this issue.

 

Any support greatly appriciated.

    It's logged as an actual disk error, but it might be intermittent, run an extended SMART test

    It failed, so the disk should be replaced.
