Plex Cache constant writing

So I guess this is a bit of an older "issue" but does any know the reason why Plex is writing constantly to the cache drive? It´s runnig for 5 hours now and I´m at 430K writes to the SSD. Live Preview Thumbnails are off, Chapter Thumbails are on but only for planned activitys and when I add new media, so that´s not the issue. I do not what else it could be, since everything is off in terms off settings in Plex. Oh and it´s running in a docker, just so u know.
And since the docker setting in general is active, it writes a little to the SSD but I think that´s just normal given that it lives off of the disk, right?
I do know "a lot" about this but I just want to have different input on this.
