Remote syslog setup not working

I've tried to set up the syslog to no avial. I've tried everything even manually adjusting the rsyslog.conf file. Whenever I set a website like logs7.papertrailapp.com it says that there is "No route to host". Googling the error most of the problems were firewall related. Is there any firewall that I should be aware of? I don't remember to have configured anything in Unraid.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
