USB Stick corrupted: bzroot & 0x7 sector. Need new stick

I am using Kingston DataTraveler 101 16GB. It came up with exceptions (bzroot & 0x7 sector) yesterday, such that I had to recreate the flash drive on another one and unRAID works again.

 

I want to buy some new durable USB drive, but the recommended drives on WiKi is very outdated and not sold anymore. What can you recommend that is sold currently?
