RX 570 Passthrough as only GPU in system

Had passthrough working before with a 7850 and onboard graphics, have now updated to 3600 and a RX 570.

Running v6.9

I only have the one GPU in the system.

Trying to load a windows VM currently. Installed fully with VNC remote, added GPU drivers, when I load the VM up, the display gets changed from unRAID CLI and then just goes black.

Have tried with vbios off of tomshardware. 

Have IOMMU groups of my GPU and sound card checked in Tools/System Devices

Have PCI ACS set to "Both"
