Your syslog is full of reset/retry attempts on ata3 which will explain the slow performance.   I could not see what drive ata3 referred to.

It's a problem with parity2, replace both cables.

You are using a controller with SATA port multipliers, those are not recommended and can do that, it could also be a power/connection issue.

Dear @JorgeB I'm using the expansion and  normally I didn't have issue about it at first use of Unraid. The psu is big and powerful.  I add this info: every one or two minutes I listen a little sound like "cip" like a sound of little bird.. I try to record that

That could be a disk problem, or bad power, if you are using power splitters for example, but ideally that controller should still be replaced.

Thank you, JorgeB! I'll try to locate the HDD that's making the chirping noise and attempt to replace it.
