January 26, 20215 yr Community Expert Your syslog is full of reset/retry attempts on ata3 which will explain the slow performance. I could not see what drive ata3 referred to.

October 13, 20241 yr Community Expert You are using a controller with SATA port multipliers, those are not recommended and can do that, it could also be a power/connection issue.

I add this info: every one or two minutes I listen a little sound like "cip" like a sound of little bird..
