cadmiumcadamium Posted January 29, 2021 Share Posted January 29, 2021 Hi. I'm having issues after my Boot drive failed, and dumb as i am i forgot to back it up. Now i've used another drive to set up a brand new unraid server which i started a trial fo just to see if i could get my devices up and running without issue, which i did. Disks were detected without issue but Community applications and other Apps are not found (not surprising really, guess i'll have to redo everything). The main issue is, I can't seem to request a license move. I'm in the registration menu but i can't see the Replace button. All i see is the request extension. But i don't think i had the option even before i started the trial. So i need help in upgrading my trial key to the Unraid Plus key i had before. Any help would be appriciated. Quote Link to comment
trurl Posted January 29, 2021 Share Posted January 29, 2021 You have to have the .key license file from the original flash to do a Replace. You will have to contact Support directly to get a replacement .key for your new flash. Quote Link to comment
