January 29, 20215 yr Hi. I'm having issues after my Boot drive failed, and dumb as i am i forgot to back it up. Now i've used another drive to set up a brand new unraid server which i started a trial fo just to see if i could get my devices up and running without issue, which i did. Disks were detected without issue but Community applications and other Apps are not found (not surprising really, guess i'll have to redo everything). The main issue is, I can't seem to request a license move. I'm in the registration menu but i can't see the Replace button. All i see is the request extension. But i don't think i had the option even before i started the trial. So i need help in upgrading my trial key to the Unraid Plus key i had before. Any help would be appriciated.
January 29, 20215 yr Community Expert You have to have the .key license file from the original flash to do a Replace. You will have to contact Support directly to get a replacement .key for your new flash.
