January 31, 20215 yr Hello, Some files remain on on the cache drive no matter what. I activated the mover manually, I used Krusader to manually move the files to a physical drive. Nothing helps. I get an error no.5 in Krusader. The same files are readable if I access them. What can it be?
January 31, 20215 yr Community Expert Without more information it is impossible to say. What are the names of there files? Open files cannot be moved. You are likely to get better informed feedback if you attach your systems diagnostics zip file (obtained via Tools->Diagnostics) to your NEXT post.

The diagnostics should be taken after such a failure so that they cover the problem period.
