Hello All,  I'm not sure how to figure out whats going on with this one...  but  2 symptoms I'm having...

1.  Docker startup not completeing in the UI.  A message on top saying

... Please wait... starting up containers

2.  The dockers seem to restart but their time running is not correct.  It seems that it 's not rebooting clean.

3.  I forced a reboot and started with the UI and it is still have issues being managed,

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    I think I have solved this so don't no help required.   I had a dead docker that I need to re-install and then a full power down seems to have resolved these issues.
