February 5, 20215 yr Hi all, running a home server that has about 10TB of data on it. I am currently using Crashplan to back this up offsite, but I am getting somewhat frustrated with the slow speed and rather fussy software. So, looking for an alternative. What are the best services/software for backing this server up? I would Ideally like an on-site backup and an off-site one. It is about 10TB of data, mostly media and the like which is generally unchanged. There is some live data, tho.

Some CrashPlan refugees are trying out a Duplicati docker container front end with Jottacloud Personal. It's roughly the same price as CrashPlan but requires more setup and the client/cloud storage are not from the same provider as they are with CrashPlan.
