Unresponsive Server and Missing Shares

Hi, Been having two issues over the past few weeks.

 

1) Server becomes fully unresponsive, no network response. Requires reboot.

 

2) All shares disappeared. New issue only happened today, server still responsive. (rebooting brought the shares back)

 

Keen to resolve this instability and know why this is happening

 

Installed apps:

 

1 Home Assistant VM

Start by running memtest.

Hi,

 

Getting back to this, still having the issue for months now. I have run memtest for 24 hours, no issues reported.

Now that i have a screen connected I was able to take a screenshot of the trace when it went unresponsive.

That's the Unraid driver crashing, there's a different SMB related crash in the log, still looks like hardware related issue to me.

This is all brand new hardware so happy to try and troubleshoot it. How do we go about that?

I am having this issue as well. Works for some time (10 minutes/1 hour/) and then unresponsive without a power-off-on reboot. 

Looking for ideas on how to troubleshoot the issues beyond memtest (was fine). Help would be appreciated. I cannot go on like this.
