Server slow to respond to docker commands

So I have noticed that any commands I give to dockers are VERY slow to respond. stopping, starting, or restarting docker containers timeout on the GUI but they do work. checking the log I see a few errors that seem new to me. If anyone knows what these mean and if they are related to me described issue, please let me know your thoughts.
