Split tunnel options for Win10?

I have a Win10 VM I need to access when connected to Pulse Secure VPN product. Until recently- this worked perfectly because they allowed split tunneling. Well..... they turn it off and now my VM is basically useless unless I want to look at an ugly VNC window, no copy/paste from host...no local NAS access etcetera...

 

Any options to get around this with Unraid? I'm fairly certain Pulse Secure looks at static routes and disables that. (?)
