February 9, 20215 yr Hi everyone, Like some other peoples in this forum, I also have connectivity issues. After somes hours to try to boot from an USB stick, I'm now stuk on having an IP from my router. I have tested the cable on my laptop and it works. I have a mother board ASRock H410M-ITX/ac wich have an Intel ethernet controller so I think it's a good base. I put you the logs getted by "diagnosctics" in the shell (network.config with default settings). For info, I also try to set "bridging" to "no". It gaves me the default IP (when it's not working in 169.XX... when it's not working) I also tried to fix the IP. At t he boot the shell print it but no ping to the NAS and no more webInterface too. (Sorry for the English mistakes) Thanks in advance for all your answers, tower-diagnostics-20200424-0437.zip
February 9, 20215 yr Community Expert More recent NICs on newer motherboards require V6.9, no driver in v6.8.
February 9, 20215 yr Author Hi Jorge, thanks for your quick reply. Do you talk about the version of unRAID ? If yes, where to find the beta to download ?

February 9, 20215 yr Author I also found it with the USB Tool.😅 It works great ! thanks a lot. For my knowledge, do you have saw this compatibility problems into the logs or by our personnal experience ?
February 9, 20215 yr An IP adress that start with 169. is generally a sign that the server does not receive an IP from the network. The most common reason is that the NIC is not initialized because Unraid does not have a driver for it. Thus trying the latest version.
