How to reconfigure dead USB Flash Drive?

Hey guys, 

 

my USB Flash Drive died this night after I restartet my server. As I already researched I found out that my data is safe. Just all the config stuff is lost.

 

I got a Flash Drive Backup but since then I added 1 Cache Drive for RAID 1 and a unassigned SSD for some VMs. Also I added a Intel 4x Gbit NIC and changed some IOMMU config stuff on the old flash drive.

 

Should I rebuild my config with the old backup or get a clean install and start from scratch?
