Cache disk in read only mode, causing issues.

My cache disk is reporting read only mode that's causing issues with using my UNRAID NAS.

 

Here is the error message I receive after rebooting the system.

 

"Unraid Cache disk message: 14-02-2021 21:41  Warning [FUSION-U] - Cache pool BTRFS too many profiles (You can ignore this warning when a cache pool balance operation is in progress)"

 

I am looking for steps I can take to resolve this issue.

    It's failing to balance and remove the other device due to corruption, best bet is to backup and re-format the pool.
