Featured Replies

Hi, we had a power failure at the weekend, now the web interface doesn't boot anymore. I can still get to the console locally and all patitions are there too.

At the local console type diagnostics then retrieve the zip file off of the boot USB and attach it intact to your next post in this thread.

web interface

Can you access it using its IP address (192.168.178.125) from a browser on another computer?

No, that's the problem. Unfortunately, GUI Mode doesn't work either.

I likely have a similar issue; following for (moral) support.

Does anyone have a hint? Has something like this happened before?

Can you ping your server from other computers on your LAN? Can your server ping the internet?

  • Author

Yes, the OS also starts "normally", only the web interface is not accessible. Not over the network, not even in GUI mode ...

As a result, the array cannot be started and none of my services are available. :(

is this due to a corrupted boot drive? If so, can I create a new stick with the old array without deleting it? Unfortunately I have no backup from the boot drive ...

Okey my suspicion that the boot drive was damaged seems to be correct. I exchanged it, copied all data and renewed the key and now everything works again.
