True NAS has a really cool feature that allows you to test new network settings before applying them allowing you to make sure your new settings will work before applying them and having to swap the USB drive to another PC and delete the network config and start over if they don't work. This is a really cool feature as it would save hours of troubleshooting network config issues if unraid knows what's wrong. 

Specifically, which network settings would you want to test?  Unraid doesn't have a lot of network setting options that could break anything if they were set wrong.
