Cannot connect to web gui

hello I am having this issue, I am trying to access my unraid through my browser. I am new to unraid but I am using google chrome and when I type in http://tower to access it, google chrome says "this site cant be reached" . I was able to access it this morning and when I went to go to a different tab it wont let me access the web gui.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
