I don't see any option to shut down CouchPotato (unlike sabnzbd and sickbeard)

kill the process, then the un-mount will continue.

If you click on the setup icon (funny looking donut icon) you can shut it down.

 

If you install unMENU then you can save this attached file in the unmenu directory on the flash. This will give you a button in the "User Scripts" page of unMENU to stop all 3 applications. You have to rename the file by removing the txt. You also have to edit it to confirm the IP address. The 3 lines are for SAB, Sickbeard then Couchpotato so renumber the ports to match if your ports are different. Then, put your API key where that big number is.
