March 2, 20215 yr Hello, This afternoon, I upgraded to version 6.9 from the Unraid interface. After the server reboot, it is no longer visible on the network, I have already tried to reconfigure the network parameters in GUI mode but nothing changes, connection impossible. Do you have an idea?

March 2, 20215 yr Maybe related... mine got a new MAC address after the update. I think it is related to the network bond picking a different NIC. Not sure. Anyway, it took some arp cache flushes and settings in my DHCP server to get back to talking. I only figured it out because I got an alert that a new device joined my network, and it had the same name as my missing server.
March 2, 20215 yr Community Expert In the GUI mode, go to Tools >>> Diagnostics Unraid will tell you exactly where it saving the Diagnostics file on the flash drive. Shut the server down and upload the file in your NEXT post. If the GUI is not available. Hook up a Monitor and Keyboard. Log into the server. Then type the following command: diagnostics Wait for the collection process to finish and the file to be written. Now shut the server down by momentarily depressing the power switch on the server (less than a second). Rmove the flash drive and you will find the file in the /logs directory/folder on the flash drive.
