Plugin issues after 6.9 update

I updated to 6.9 and now my server wont boot into "normal" mode, only safe mode with no gui and no plugins. How would I find which plugin is causing the issue and how to remove it (I'm assuming thats the issue)? I'm a total newb to Unraid, obviously.

    Probably one incompatible or way out of date.  Best course of action would be to delete all the .plg files from /config/plugins on the flash drive, and then start reinstalling them after you add back CA
