Cannot select 24-hour time format in settings?

I am running Unraid 6.9.0.

Under display settings I cannot seem to select a time format other than the default 12-hour setting.

Is this on purpose? I'd like to select the 24-hour format.

    To change that, the date format has to be something other than System Setting

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
