(SOLVED) Read Errors

Recommended Posts

After 4 years I have encountered my first errors and I am unclear if I need to pull and replace the drive immediately or not. My array health report came back as "[FAIL] - (disk has read errors) [NOK]"

The drive is now listed with 118 errors from 4 days ago. That number has not increased since then. My scheduled parity check was completed with no issues. I pulled the SMART report, can see the errors, but I honestly have no idea what I am looking at.

I am running 6.8.3 a Proliant ML10 v2. with 4 data drives, a parity drive and a SSD for cache.

Just based on size (6TB), this drive was one of the next ones to be upgraded, but I wasn't in a rush. Should I accelerate my timeline and get this one out ASAP?

SMART report attached, any thoughts or advice greatly appreciated.
