Hi,

I have read many posts and I have seen Boot.php script. But still I am not user howto shutdown unraid properly from command line preserving timeouts required for VMs to close?

I have written user.scirpt that will shutdown my server when battery runs out bellow 30% of capacity, but i don't know what is the correct command line command? poweroff will not wait for vms to close i suppose :(

It wait until the set timeout (Settings - VM Settings - VM shutdown time-out), it will force after that.

And it will wait for docker to shutdown and array to close gracefully?

Yes, if they shutdown before you hit the global shutdown timeout (settings - shutdown time out)
