Reboot Loop

After a reboot following upgrade to 6.9.1 (from 6.9.0) I get my unraid server that now goes into a loop.

It starts fine until the step below, and then reboots.

 

Any idea how to resolve?

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
