Post your diagnostics.  But, odds on you've got internet connectivity issues

Somethings up.

It took FCP 30 seconds to basically return the first issue (during which time it also wound up downloading some files)

Then in the middle of it there's another 2 minute pause

6 minutes to run something that should only require maybe 20 seconds.

In the middle of all of this you checked for plugin updates (20:05:03) and it timed out at 20:07:03

How is the speed on plugin checks if you go to Notification Settings - Disable Check for plugin updates, then Plugins and Press Check for Updates?

You've got it in Network settings 3 times.  Once is enough, and the others should point to alternatives in case the one fails.

I disabled "Check for plugin updates" and now take less 10 seconds to load the plugins tab.

This is a bug?

Then something was bombing your server with initialization at the time and has now levelled itself out.

Entonces, algo estaba bombardeando su servidor con la inicialización en ese momento y ahora se ha nivelado.

I Activate it again, and have again the same problem, I have 6 min loading and never load =\

Same problem here. It only works with notification disabled.

But when it was disabled, how long did Check For Updates run for?

never ending

And that's the problem.  Your system isn't properly able to hit GitHub to check for updates at all.

Nope, but as I can see I'm having problems to hit github manually too since yesterday... Maybe this is a problem on the github's side...

I can see today works fine, probably its that about github.

Thanks so much!
