Missing files after drive replacement

I recently had a drive die and I sourced a replacement. I followed this guide  to replace the drive. Upon replacement, it seems that some files, mostly from the appdata folder have disappeared. 

These are folders from my Valheim server, plex server, deluge OVPN folder etc.

 

So my questions - did I do something wrong?

Is there any way I can get these files back?

    Go to Tools-Diagnostics and attach the complete Diagnostics ZIP file to your NEXT post in this thread

    Sorry, had a noob moment. Turns out the cache drive was unplugged. Plugged it back in and reallocated it to cache and it all works fine.
