Connecting my server to my switch

Hi guys not sure if anyone has done this or not or if its even possible,hope this is the right place for this.

 

What I am trying to do is connect from the 10g SFP+ card on the Server to the bottom 10g SFP on the UniFi Switch PRO 24.

Is this possible? Will it be able to connect to the net going through that port? I do have a static IP on the server for the 10g port on the Server but when i try to connect to the server it just times out.

 

Man I hope I made sense  :(

 

The picture shows the Dream Machine Pro which is the Router,the UniFi Switch PRO 24 PoE and the last is the Unifi Switch PRO 24,I want to connect from the server to the bottom 10G SFP+ port on the bottom switch;

    This work, but not great in dasiy chain due to each switch have two port only.
