I posted a picture of what is going on. I've seen this and no one is on my server. I have VM closed and i can't figure out what is using the files. Could someone help me figure it out thank you

    Your TV folder, I assume, is linked to a docker (like Plex, Emby) to play the files. So even if the VM you use to watch is off the docker might still be reading some files from the folder..... my 2 cents
