This seems to be a recurring issue for me - several months before I had this issue and for some time it seemed to go away now it's back again.

I did take the flash drive and run a checkdisk with no errors, I even registered a new flash drive and the problem is still there.

Thanks JorgeB but the change to 100s did not do the trick.

When Unraid does an unclean shutdown it saves the diags in the flash drive, post the latest ones.

Looks like disks are not unmounting, try stopping the array (instead of pressing reboot) to see where it gets stuck.

I did two array stop/start and no issues, next I did a reboot and no more parity check started.

Not sure why.
