Passing through two network ports to a VM for pfSense. Get Execution Error. No idea what else to do. 6.9.1

This is from a Unraid OS Plus level  account.

Error when trying to start the pfSense VM:

internal error: process exited while connecting to monitor: 2021-03-15T23:57:09.593868Z qemu-system-x86_64: -device vfio-pci,host=0000:02:00.0,id=hostdev0,bus=pci.1,addr=0x0: vfio 0000:02:00.0: failed to setup container for group 16: Failed to set iommu for container: Operation not permitted

 

I have passed the last two ports of my broadcom 4 port nic from my R710 on the Tools > System Devices screen.
