NORCO RPC-4020 4U Rack Mount Server Case

I'm looking to upgrade the motherboard and internal hardware in my NORCO RPC-4020 (20 disk) in order to use larger drives and to run Unraid V6. I'm presently running Unraid V4.7. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I do not want make the mistake of buying incompatible hardware.
