Unable to boot after upgrade 6.8.3 to 6.9.1

After upgrading from 6.8.3 to 6.9.1 the server hangs after 

Loading /bzimage... ok
Loading /bzroot...ok

I've also tried GUI Mode and it hangs after loading bzroot-gui. I tried the update through the interface from 6.8.3, and manually replacing the bz* files from a manual download and copying to the flash directly

 

I ended up having to revert to 6.8.3 which booted without issue.

 

Attached is the diagnostics from 6.8.3.

    Sadly no, I'm still on 6.8.3. I haven't tried much past that day to troubleshoot the issue due to it being used in our office.
