[SOLVED] Cache Disk Full...But it's not

Featured Replies

Unraid 6.8.3

I'm getting a repeated error: "shfs: cache disk full".

I'm running two SSDs for cache (480TB and 240tb, 360Tb combined), and it's 6% full and I don't honestly know if when that number last changed. I had the minimum file size set to 100GB, I've moved it down to 2GB, I currently have it at 50GB, I've run Mover, nothing seems to change.

Diagnostic Files attached.

Thanks for any insights!

You'll only have 240GB usable, if you update to v6.9 you'll get the correct free space.

Also cache floor is set to 20TB, setting for that is in KB, so if you want 20GB remove 3 zeros, or type 20G

Hadn't realized there was an update, nice!

And oh wow....I apparently miscounted my zeros when I set it up. Sigh, Past Me, when will you ever learn?

The cache is now in use! I can't believe I've been sitting with this since I turned the array on. You have likely saved me a number of headaches. Thank you so much!
