March 18, 20215 yr Hi/Hey/Hello, I'm in the process of deciding between unRAID and TrunNAS for my home NAS project that I've been procuring hardware for that will be used as combination of backup / general storage and a media server. Was originally planning TruNAS as ZFS sounds pretty sweet and the drive pool limitations don't really bother me but the more I look at it the more it looks like the old crusty nature of its FreeBSD roots are holding it back. Specifically as a media server I'd like to have live TV capability in Plex and it dosn't really look like its possible in TrueNAS so if that can be done in unRAID that would be a big selling point. I've searched around a bit and it looks like people have gotten it running but haven't seen any cohesive thread that covers it top to bottom. Anyone out there have any advice on getting a Hauppauge card working with the Plex Docker?
