Can i buy any 10GIG network card and have unRAID will work with it?

Best to stick with known working models, do you want UTP or SFP+?

Thanks that is the one i was looking at.

Once you install a new NIC card how do you switch to it? Do i simply install the new one login and select it in the network settings of unraid?

unRAID always uses eth0.  If you install a new NIC and it is not eth0, you can assign the MAC address of the desired NIC to eth0 in Settings --> Network Settings.
