Can't activate trial key or purchased key

I had this new second server working and was trying to get deluge or delugevpn up and running - i could not get it to download.  Something went wrong so i reconfigured the network settings and rebooted.  My router sees my server but it cant connect to the internet.

 

Here are the diagnositics.

 

I am not able to start the array (it says too many devices) and it cant connect to the key server.  I tried to install my purchased key and it fails with ERROR (4)

 

I would appreciate help with this as soon as possible.  Should i message Lime directly?  How do i do that?
