Old QCOW2 disks not initialized

I've recently had problems with my system and ended up having to recreate my libvirt.img as I stupidly didn't have a backup.

I've managed to recreate my VMs and have attached the existing QCOW2 disks which has worked fine, but there are a couple of QCOW2 files which when attached only show as disks which are not initialized. Is there anything I can do to get these back so they are mounted and then I can access the data, or is there anyway of mounting these files in either Windows or Linux to extract the data?

 

Any help would be really appreciated.
