March 22, 20215 yr Hello, i currently have several graphics cards connected to the motherboard with 1x to 16x risers, the gpu passthrough works very well on windows vm. The card must have in x16 3.0 slot and runing at minimum x8 to work fully, which is not physically possible, because there is only 1 slot available on the motherboard. Not because it is a technical requirement, it's as a limitation in the manufacturer's driver. Is it possible to simulate that the graphic card works through a primary x16 slot, regardless of the performance? QEMU configuration, setpci to manipulate or some kind of bridge? Regards, T.
