DNS resolver issue?

Featured Replies

Gday all,

Since . . . today, i seem to be having issues resolving DNS from within unraid, dockers not updating, CA plugin not able to connect to anything and fix common problems keeps saying it cannot connect to the internet.

Now, i have teamspeak running, which i'm able to acces locally and through the interwebs.

The VM's on unraid work and have internet acces.

Changing the DNS from lancache to public dns to gateway router, nothing 'gives' access.

Even went as far as to remove all firewall rules in my router in regards to acces to the Vlan unraid is on and disable IPv6, nothing.

I can acces unraid from all Vlan's too via the webui.

Also unable to (re)install any plugins. (network failure)

What am i missing?

Network failure implies a problem within Settings - Network.  Could be as simple as a typo on an address, or a completely wrong setup.  Diagnostics would help the network people help you.

Hi Squid,

Thanks for the quick response, but i can't download anything within unraid.

What kind of diagnostics are you referring too?

cat /etc/resolv.conf
nameserver 1.1.1.1
nameserver 192.168.120.200 (lancache)
nameserver 8.8.8.8
