Copying from Windows is resetting directory timestamp

I've noticed when I'm copying files and directories from my old server to Unraid that directories are being created with today's timestamp but files are retaining their original timestamp!!

 

Has anyone seen this before? My old system was a Thecus using ext2 and I never saw this on a samba share before?
