This Issue is fixed for a day if I reboot via putty, but the next day it will be there again, I suspect a Skript or something is filling up my /tmp/ or something. Sadly I am unable to find what is causing it. I checked my USB-Stick with windows chkdsk and it was reported as being fine, nevertheless I ordered a replacement drive since its about time anyways. I have attached my diagnostics Zip and any help would be appreciated. Sadly the diagnostics is only from the period when the Server is working since afterwards I am unable to extract a diagnostics zip.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Not much in those diagnostics since they were taken immediately after reboot and without the array started. See if you can get us diagnostics later with the array started.

Ok, I will do that

Here it is with the array started

If this isn't too helpful erither, I can try to let it run again till the error occurs and try to get the diagnostics via command line again
