So I am not sure what steps to take next

Thanks

I rolled my install back to 6.8.3 and have no issues at all with space running out or any errors.

The server I have Unraid installed on does not have USB2 ports, and has been working for several years.

Something in 6.9.1 is breaking and I do not think its the USB stick

I had the same problem and roll back my unraid server and now all things run perfectly. The newest version has something that broke everything. Plus on version 6.9.x, my web gui not work when the run out of space appear.

Yes I know. I just wondered if you had done it by reformatting flash (which would have fixed your flash problem) and then restored from backup.

Those errors still look like a problem with flash.
