What would be the best allocation of core/threads for VMs that are meant for productivity work, specifically creators who use CAD softwares like blender, Sketchup, AutoCad and rendering softwares like Lumion & Vray? Processor in use here is a Ryzen 9 3900x bundled with 32Gb of Ram

    Is there even support for render farming in Unraid?

    Thinking of putting my Dell R720 at work for my gf - she uses laptop for 3ds max. Rendering projects is making it stall for hours, and it gets too hot.

     

    Can't find anything for dummies :-)
