During the 12 hour of unBALANCE run to gather data from other disks to my Third Disk I got these errors related to my Third Disk.

  

197	Current pending sector	0x0012	100	100	000	Old age	Always	Never	8
198	Offline uncorrectable	0x0010	100	100	000	Old age	Offline	Never	8

 

Do I need a replacement drive ASAP? What are my next steps?

    Tested passed so disk is good for now, pending sectors are false positives.
